Hi! I am starting the hcg diet tomorrow. I am keeping this blog to help me keep motivated, record my results, and potentially inspire others.
I know that this diet is really controversial, and I have NEVER been one for "fad" or "extreme" diets, but a series of events in my life have brought me to a place where I'm willing to give it a try. A lot of people have had a lot of success with it.
I've done a fair amount of research and am prepared to follow the diet closely (perfectly, ideally). Please comment with any words of encouragement. :D
