So I gained .8 lbs. I guess that's good. :)
For lunch I ate a shrimp, spinach, and strawberry salad. I made a dressing out of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper. It was good! For dinner I ate chicken with red onions and garlic. Not so good. :( For my dinner fruit portion i blended strawberries with ice and a little bit of lemon juice and put it in the freezer. Yummy! It made a huge portion which I ate later in the evening. It really tasted like dessert and kept me from feeling deprived.
